Hi, I just wanted to make a comment regarding the things that you might hear or read regarding whats in your carpet. it is a very negative thing for a carpet cleaner to write as this might make you think that you would be better off with hard floors?
The problem with that is the fact that what a carpet traps will blow around on a hard floor. and then be breathed in. children are most at risk because of their height.
so next time you read somewhere about all those nasty things that live and are in your carpets. just think off your carpet as the lungs to your home. and that by having them cleaned once a year will remove all the dirt and clean you homes lungs.

Hi, To be honest i dont know if what we are being told is right or wrong about carbon, but I do know that it makes great business sense from operations to customer satisfaction to be carbon neutral. I have also changed the products use in my cleaning to ones that come from renewable sources. the benefit is that they are totally safe for my customers and the environment. again it just makes sense.
